Hi

Please help I am not sure reading all the previous post if my angel fish is blind hurt or has a parasite on his eye.

It started on his right site eye and he seems blind because when I place my hand against the glass he doesn’t move at all now I see the same thing in his other eye

It looks like his lens is infected. If it's happening to both eyes, check your water parameters because something may be burning the eye lenses causing them to get infected which is why he is not seeing you. If necessary, do a water change or changes to get parameters back to " normal" but I would treat the fish with antibiotics ( your water parameters will determine which one) in a hospital container before it gets worse to try and save the lenses. Be aware that if the infection gets bad enough that he loses the lens, the fish can still see but not as he did with the lens.
Here's some help on how to set up a hospital tank or container ( see post #2 ) Quarantine tanks and Hospital tanks, are they really different?
