If she was ever with a male, she's either pregnant or holding sperm for a delayed pregnancy. Unfortunately, with the creation of Balloon Mollies, any Molly that has been in genetic contact with these fish can carry that gene so it's very hard to tell whether it's pregnant or misshaped genetically from appearance. The only way to know for sure is to know the fish's genetic history and that is near impossible these days.
