Lighting for 180g reef tank?

I am currently in the early planning stages of upgrading to a 180g reef . Can I please have some recommendations on lighting? Tank dimesions will most likely be: 72" x 24" x 25". I plan on making DIY stand and canopy, so most lighting configurations are possible right now.

I would go with 3 X 400W MH and 4 X 96W PC, or 3 X 400W MH and 4 X 165W VHO. This will allow you to keep pretty much anything you want.

ok, kevin. so for a 4'x2'x2' would you say 4 x 96 and 2 250 mh?

That would work, but my preference would be 2 X 400W 10K MH and 2 X 110W VHO Actnics.
