Long time owner of Turtle; I have a 100 Gallon tank

I have been a Turtle owner since 2019. My boy Shellee became a very special member of my family. I loved our daily chats and visiting him at his tank.
Up until November 2024 I hadn't ever had any issues with my tank.
I came home one evening in November and Shellee had passed on. When I was checking on him when I arrived home I noticed he was at the bottom of the tank and it merely looked like he was sleeping. I tapped on the tank and he didn't wake up as usual. So I reached in and brought him to the surface and knew right away that he was gone.
At this time I did and still do have 3 rosy minnows living in this tank and had an African Snail. My snail passed this week.
I am not sure what has changed or why my little babies are passing.
Does anyone have any ideas what could have happened?

There is a lot of possibilities so let's start with what kind of turtle was it and how old ( i.e. young, old, baby) was it when you got it?
What was your feeding routine? What kind of snail was this? How long did you have him? Are the rosies still alive? What kind of maintenance are you doing on the water? Did you have a place for the turtle to bask in the light outside of the water?
