Ive got a 20 gallon tank with 4 platies. 2 males and 2 females. Shoulda been 3 females but mistakes were made. They share this tank with a small gang of guppy fry who now is about two months old and soon time to separate. Anyway the largest male platy (also the dominant one) are getting nipped at by the youngster guppies a few times a day.
He reacts to this by almost laying himself sideways, looks to be relaxed and almost inviting let them go on. After a short while they stop and everything goes back to normal. He does not run away, he is not hiding, he does not get angry trying to fight them nor chase them away. What is going on here??
It almost looks like he is enjoying it but that cant be, right?? I recorded with camera but failed to upload.

They may be picking off parasites or dead skin so he's enjoying the cleaning. If it doesn't bother him, I wouldn't worry.
