Hello I’m new to keeping mollys and they are stressing me out a few weeks ago we found one baby fish and a dead Molly .. now I think the other three girls are pregnant can I have some help

What are you wanting help with? Controlling pregnancy or the dead fish?

Mollys are livebearers, and they are prolific breeders. If you keep males and females the females will get pregnant. If you buy females, if they have been kept with males after sexual maturity (about 8 weeks old) the females will be pregnant. The only way to ensure your mollys aren't already pregnant when you buy them is to only buy males. On top of all that, mollys store sperm and can keep producing fry for 3 or 4 more batches of offspring for the next 12 months, so even separating males and females you will continue to get fry for upto a year. Possibly 100 fish from each pregnant female.

Separate the males and females. As soon as you can sex the fry, separate males and females, and going forward as more fry are born, again, as soon as you can sex the fry, separate males and females.

If you are looking at what your fish may have died from, then please read through the "unhealthy fish" sticky and answer the questions as thoroughly as you are able.

Possible pregnancy harassed by the male Molly

And what do you want help with? Your female mollys are going to get pregnant if they are kept with males.

If you want baby mollys (100s of them), then just leave things be. If you don't want more babies, I've explained what you need to do, but in the next year expect a lot more babies until the stored sperm is used up.
