moving my clown knife fish

so i have a clown knife fish and i have gotten him a bigger tank but i dont know how to go about putting him in the bigger tank without stressing him out

Depends on his size but when I moved my Black Ghost Knife I had him swim into a large plastic jug in order to move him.

How big is the tank? Use a large net to catch him. Honestly you can't move a fish without stressing him out.
