Water changes.
Test your water every day for ammonia and nitrite. Add the results together. So in your case ammonia is 2ppm, nitrite is 0.25ppm. So combined its 2.25ppm. If the combined total is more than 0.5ppm then change enough water to bring it below that 0.5ppm total. A 50% water change should halve the test result. So in your case you need to do 3 x 50% water changes to get below that 0.5ppm target. Going forward you might need to be doing water changes every day or 2 until your aquarium is cycled. Once you are consistently seeing zero ammonia and nitrite you are cycled and you can then get into a less regular water schedule.
The ammonia in your aquarium is at a hazardous level, and will be causing long term health issues to your fish.
Im going to keep bringing this up. You have 4 decent sized, very messy fish, in a small aquarium. It is possible that you simply cant cycle the aquarium because they produce more waste than your set up can handle. And those fish are going to get bigger and produce more waste. As per the comment on one of your other threads they need a bigger aquarium. At least 240 litres/ 60 gallons, with filtration rated for double that for the 4 fish you have. From your photos Im estimating your aquarium at 40 to 60 litres/ 10 to 15 gallons, which isnt big enough for 1 of your fish, and you have 4.
