Hi guys I'm new to aquarium plants and some of my plants seem to be struggling a little. Little information on the new set up. It's a 45 gallon 1 inch mud and sand cap. Tried a couple root tabs and seachem flourish fertilizer. Are my plants planted correctly for the types they are? Any suggestions?

Do you know what all the plants are? The one on the right looks like a java fern, but there is no rhyzome, so it might be you planted the rhyzome, or i might be mistaken identifying the plant.
How long have the plants been in the aquarium? Some plants take months to acclimate to being in an aquarium.
