Oh no help!!!

I did a stand a sump swap. I added a sump with a fuge I put 1in of mud and 1in of sand on top a small peace of lr and my chaeto I added a dsp to my main display the water was very clouded after we put it back in the tank with the new s/b unfortunately I made the mistake of leaving my fish in a bucket for quite some time with no heater. Now my Clown is looking sad my tank was pretty sad as well and even my six line wras was struggling. Now the wraps and tang are in hiding but the clown is up to words the surface hanging by a thread. My RKL probes are calibrated temp is almost on point, ph is in its night swing. What should orp be at? My skimmer is on and going crazy I just let is flow back into the sump till it chills out. The water is almost cleared up. I am just wondering if anyone had any saddest ions that may help my fish? Crabs snails and shrimp are okay.
