Opinions on lighting

Im getting ready to set up a 10 gallon reef tank. I would like to go with a 20" PC light. Has anyone had any experience with Jebo PC's? They seem very cheap, but this is why I think they may be no good. I could also DIY one and get 64 watts. Would that be sufficient?

It is really up to you if you want independent control or not. The coralife bulb is on or it off. It is a very nice light though. Current USA also makes a nice 20" hood that has 1-40 watt 50/50 bulb in it. It is $55

Well I want to keep corals, I could care elss about fish. The 40 watt would not be enough light, but the 96 watts is great. Does the 50/50 give the same look as one 10k, and 1 acitinic?

pretty much the same! The power quad has 2 actinic tubes and 2 daylight tubes.

Sounds good to me
