I am interested in getting piranhas. Please help me understand my minimum requirments

I'd recommend starting with some Google searches- Look for Supernate's page- it has a ton of great info. Another good place to get a lot of practical info is the forums on www.aquatiqterrors.com. I'm working on getting a piranha tank up and running right now- I'll prolly get my P's this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes, and hopefully post some pictures.

as for minimum tank requirements, about 55US gallons is suitable for P nattereri, you could put about 4 in there for life
