plant ID please

picked this up today and i wasn't real sure what it was but it looked cool.

anyone have any ideas?

i am pretty positive that the one in the back is hornwort but i am looking to find out what the one in the front is

I agree with Fisheggs. Looks like cabomba. In my experience with it, it requires relatively high light or it's just going to disintegrate.

Cambomba, it is and the hornwort should be left floating as it doesn't root.

hornwort can and will grow when planted. it's just harder to do

The hornwort is not planted it Is weighted down but not in the sand, I don't know if that makes a difference
