Poor lil mangoes..no one likes em! Now one is dead

No one in my big tank liked the mangoes...
My knife was fearful/aggressive of them like he is the 3 inch snail..would knock them off his mountain and chase them away from his door. The penguinfish were nipping their top sails and following them as long as they were exposed, the cories wouldn't share their hiddey hole
the betta would huff at them, the clowns would chase them at night..
I finally got a place set for them and the one was dead....
And they look so saaad anyway. but there droopy catfish faces looked sadder than usual I was hoping they could take the cories place as better detrius munchers to work in concert with the otos.
It was still alive yesterday. They are small and don't have the armour the two large cories do.
The otos also got harrassed by the penguins.. but I think that was a coloration issue. they were left alone after day three unlike the poor plecos. poor thing..it is even cute dead. that makes it even sadder.

I'm sorry to hear that. I have never heard of a mango--it's a type of catfish?
When I googled it, I came up with recipes for Fish and Mangoes

It is called a mango pleco? I am not sure with these..
The survior deep dove grey with ultra white trim on the all the fin tips; the goner was a fleshier grey with gold overcast adn peach colored trim. It was likely the mango. This last shipment of plecos are the first that caught my eye enough to get.. I dont't like most. He had these..some deep black 4 -5 in with white trim and a sprinkle of silver dust on the head and a pleco with yellow spots (gold nugget?).

heh yeah, I got recicpes for mango& fish too when I tried to find it!
