I came home from work today to find my snowflake eel had died. No sign of trauma, just laying under the rockwork.
He had been alot more active as of late, swimming out in the open. That is the only noticeable difference. We checked him over and found no indications of scrapes, abbrasions or bruising. Nothing lodged in his throat. It is truly a sad mystery.
