Shiner minnow has bump on lower lip

Shiner minnow has bump on lower lip not sure what this is can anyone help

Looks like a blister. As long as the fish is still eating, there is nothing really you can do for this except make sure you have clean water. If it bursts, watch out for redness which is an indicator of infection and then you need to be more aggressive with medications to keep the infection from getting too bad.
