Should i start a sump/refugium.

I am just starting a 77gal tank (about halfway through the cycle). I have been reading alot about refugiums as a good idea to add to the system. Right now i dont have anything in the tank only 6 zebra hermits. It seems like most people here have refugiums.

Ok. I would like for it to be a DIY; do you know for some decent pictures of some i could use for an example. I have been looking at some of the examples in the diy section which have been great help. There is only one problem i have as oposed to some. There is only about 2-3" behind my tank for space. Any ideas around this?

Put it under or above your tank.
