Will skunk loaches and a red tailed shark get along fine?
The red tails are said to be aggressive towards eachother and other fish if not given proper hiding spaces but I have never seen aggression displayed at any of the 3 LFS I have been to.
The skunk loaches I have seen, on the other hand, seem to be very aggressive with half of the examples I have seen and non-aggressive with the other half.
Of course I understand that a LFS tank is not the best place to observe what type of behavior you should expect in a proper aquarium.
Would I simply need to create many "cave-like" areas?
This would be in a 29G tank.

As a side question: Are red-tails Herbivores? I was under the impression that they were omnivorous but fishprofiles.com lists them as herbivorous (I believe it was axelrod's mini-atlas that led me to believe they were omnivorous). I guess if my plants are destroyed I'll know for sure huh?
