I just finished filling up my 40 gallon breeder tank… aaaand I just noticed it’s very slightly unlevel width wise. It’s a very small difference, less than a degree (a very small amount of millimeters). Is this a cause for concern..?

A small amount of unevenness isn't going to be problem as long as it's in 1 direction only. If the unevenness causes the aquarium to twist and not be properly supported (for instance one corner is higher than the other 3 corners) then it would put stresses on the aquarium build its not designed to take and eventually might cause it to fail.

Since its a new aquarium try draining it down and moving it round a bit to see if you can get it level. Move it away from the wall a little more as it mat be sat on the carpet gripper strip.
