Anyone placing a spawning cave in your tank? How i look into the hole to see if there is any eggs or fries in there? The hole is rather small and its dark inside. Should i use a touch or.......?

Not sure what type of fish you're trying to spawn, but many fish (especially cichlids) will eat their eggs or fry if they feel they're being threatened. Your best bet would probably be to NOT bother the cave; if there are eggs or fry-- you'll see them soon.
:D

I have used a cave before, if curiosity gets the best of you, turn off the tank light and use a small flashlight (like a pen light) to see into the cave. I don't recommend taking to long a look or to many because if your fish are in the middle of doing something..........well they just might not do it. I agree with Voodoo Chilli, no matter how much you wanna look....it's just best not to. :D

you can go down to a store called spy guys and get a fiber optic cabal that you look thro and i shins light so you can see if their are eggs, fry. i dont know the price o cabal

Just let nature take it coarse, if it is going to happen it will. Shinning torches will just stress the parents and you can say good bye to the fry. A good sign that things are happening inside your cave would be the fact that the female has gone inside, and the male is patrolling outside. not letting anything near.
