I’m having a bit of trouble with stocking

20gal:
Cory’s , 2 honey gouramis, endlers, neons

45gal:
A pair of angels, Cory’s, and bristlenose

66gal:
Pair of angelfish, bristlenose, 3 pearl gouramis
1 fully grown pair of German blue ram and a juvenile pair of German blue ram

I have seen the grown pair of gbr acting aggressive towards the juveniles and sometimes the other fish. They have all been in the 66gal for maybe a week.
Should I just let them be or should I take something out?

I would also like to get another pair of rams but also another color version and also a pair of apistogramma.

My idea was to put the new pair of rams in the 66 also and the Apisto in the 45

Any suggestions or ideas?

I would say you have to remove the juvenile GBR rams from the large tank or there will be problems. Too that tank add some shoaling fish like rummynose tetras. Then move the GBR to the 45 gallon if the cories are sterbai if not rehome those GBR and get some Bolivian rams. You won’t be able to add any more cichlids. However your larger tanks are lacking shoaling fish so I would suggest you add some. Your 2 largest tanks will need to be kept at, at least 26 degrees if they have GBR in them as they need really warm temperatures.

okay thx, I removed the juvenile GBR to another tank. The Cory’s I have are a bit of everything but there are sterbai between them. If you don’t mind me asking what would schoaling fish do to make a difference?

Make the tank look nicer.:) It sounds like you want more fish and shoaling fish are the best option for your tank.

Most shoaling fish don’t nip the fins, you just have to be careful which ones you choose.
Ohhh good to know! What shoaling fish would you recommend beside rummy nose? Also I am debating whether I want Cory’s in the biggest tank… is there any other fun bottom dweller that would clean up the same like Cory’s?

What temperature is your tank at? I’m assuming 26-28 degrees. Which is like 80 something Fahrenheit. Lemon tetras I’ve heard are good, but there are quite a few options. Just need to look at fish that can tolerate your temperature and also aren’t fin nippers. @Andy Sager and @Aiken Drum can help more than me as I have no where near as much experience as them. Whiptail catfish look cool and plecos like the l397 like higher temperatures.

I’ll look into it. Thx for the help!
