sorry dont got any pics or anything but one of my angelfish died just now, i suspected swim bladder disease cuz he was sinking, swimming upright and what not. i did a 50% water change, tested my water it was all regular. im sure it was something else though, i saw him not swimming good, about 4 hours later he was dead, all other fish in tank are fine. perhaps sum organ failure just curious as what could do this.

A video of the behavior would have gone a long way to help diagnose the issue so the rest is just going to be guesses. Did you test the water before the water change? A 50% water change could have been too drastic a change and that caused the problem. If the fish was bloated, it could have been Dropsy. Was the fish old? Was the fish acting and swimming normally before the water change? Was it eating regularly? What were you feeding the fish? Swim bladder disease is a usually a slow process and does not usually kill fish rapidly. Fish can live with a damaged swim bladder and can recover from it. They just won't swim normally due to the lack of buoyancy.
