Swordtail help

Swordtail is acting lethargic and floating like a dead fish, breathing heavy, you saw the pics. Perams are all normal, but nitrates a tad up. Temp is at 78. don’t come at me for putting ole girl in a 20 gal pls lol she has two other friends in our community tank. No other fish is acting like this. Did a 30% water change yesterday, added some bacteria api stuff this morning, and she’s been in the tank for about a week, eating and poopin like normal before she got “sick”. I’m assuming it’s the plants or something like they aren’t doing their job lol. Ole girl looks like her fins and scales are raised and just wondering what is happening? She doesn’t have any parasites, and nothings eating her. We have a sponge filter as well. Do you think it’s from over eating or from blood worms? I noticed she also liked to swallow some duck weed from time to time.
Thank you in advance! IMG_8902.jpeg

She dead now :( it was after
Sorry to hear. Fish sometimes do not handle water changes very well so it's possible this was just a reaction to the water change. She possible hurt herself trying to avoid something during the water change as well. Sadly, livebearers these days are not as strong as they used to be so it also could just be natural causes. I did not see any disease on the fish that you could have treated for. ( That's the good news. (y) )
