This morning while I was doing the daily fishy role call, I could only find 9 of my 10 Tiger Barbs. This is very frustrating for me...I feed them, still only count 9...check the intake for the filter...no dead body...then I remember that last week I found a dead one stuck under the bubble wand. I had placed a rock over it to cover it, but I think that some of the fish think it looks like a fun place to visit and end up getting stuck under there. So I lift the rock and sure enough there's #10...but he/she's still alive. I don't know exactly how long he's been under there. Yesterday morning he was out and about...anyway, one of his eyes is all white I guess from where the bubbles were constantly hitting him...he seems to be in a kind of shock but other than that he's fine. Geez the stupid things fish do...

Sorry to here about tiger barb No10, it must have been a shock for the poor little thing, just keep an eye open( sorry about pun) and check that he doesn't develope any after affects.
Hopefully he has learned his lesson and he won't do it again.

Well, he hasn't done it again...knock on fish scales...but he's developed a couple spots on his side that are kinda white and raised...do you think maybe he got an infection from it? Should I give him a salt bath just to be safe?
