Hi there, so I recently got a 20-30 gallon tank and I have seen a little bit more activity in my tyre track eel. I also have 2 angelfish living in the same tank and they often eat up the food before any of it sinks to the bottom. I'm not sure if it's eating enough or doesn't have enough caves and places to hide. ( I do have a lot tho ) What do you think?

I suggest using a turkey baster ( Get a new one, not the wife's or Mom's from the dollar store ;) ) and when you feed the Angels on the opposite side of the tank from the eel, blow some food down to the eel's face. I assume you are feeding the eel worms or other meat and not flakes or pellets. Eels will do better on frozen or live foods than dried foods. (y)

I feed him pellets as my local pet stores do not sell frozen food, but I will try to buy some through the internet
