Verify this looks like Ich? (pics enclosed)

I've made some close ups of my lionfish.. I am 99% sure this is ich.. just want second opinions. I've circled the white spots with green

I can't really tell from the size of the pics, but since you told me in chat of the behavior of the grouper I think it is best that you are treating the fish.
