Can anyone recommend a spreadsheet (Excel?) that tracks results of water tests with an API Master Test Kit?

Not sure on that one , but I would imagine it wouldn't be that hard to make one to your liking depending on the functions you want.

It will make one for you and ask if you want modifications , I just did this but can't upload an excel file here

It's really easy to make one. Don't make it complicated. Use a sheet of graph paper and colored pencils. When you connect the dots, your graph should look like this: The left side is amount of nitrogen ( use PPM since you are using the API test kit) and the bottom is number of days.

I have some experience in Excel, so I guess I can dust off my knowledge and have a go at making my own.
I was just wondering if there was one already made. No sense re-inventing the wheel kind of thing.

You are making it more complicated than it has to be. People have been charting the cycling process since long before computers were a thing. It's nothing more than putting dots on a piece of paper. You'll see the dots going up then down. If you want to have a nice picture, connect the dots with the same colored pen/pencil you used for each chemical. It should look like a double humped Camel. ( The nitrates will be the neck because they don't go down without some intervention. ) It's just that simple. No computers are necessary.
