I was just wondering what type of fish this is?
It looks almost unnatural. I reminds me of those 'julies'
I was looking thru this gallery of tanganyika cichlids and this one was there, didn't have names of the fish so i'm clueless, cant do a search coz i dont have its name. has anyone ever kept this fish?
well i'll be grateful for any suggestions

Wow thats tough
Judging on the shape of his fins and the name of the jpg it could be some type of Telmatochromis.
I tried looking them up but didn't find anything with this coloration???????????
pretty simular to Telmatochromis brichardi and Telmatochromis bifrenatus
but the colors are not as vibrant.

very nice fish I love its colors.

I like the colors as well, but I'd think that the colors would make it easy to spot in the wild so I wonder why it ever developed that color.

It is very rare to find a wild Cichlid in the same shape you would find a captive bred.

Chrismac, it is a telmatochromis bifrenatus with blue fins i stuck on the piccy.
i think itz hilarious and you can see how itz not real by itz tail, (real give away wen ur looking for it)
