Weird creature in tank

Tonight when I got home from work I was going to move my zooanthids because they were too close to another coral I had. When I moved the rock it was on, underneath I fealt something that was kind of squishy on the rock underneath. I set the zooanthids in place and went to investigate what the thing was. When I touched it it started moving. I thought it looked kind of like a snail with no shell but it was too dark to see what it was. I have never seen this thing before. When I touched it again it flew up all of a sudden and then went into some different rock work. It was probably 1/4 to 1/2 inch long and looked kind of roundish flat from what I saw. Anybody know what this might be?

did it have a white, fuzzy looking body and a black head?

Not really sure didn't get a good look at it, what would that be?

And is it reef safe or cause any problems?
