I have had my Balloon Mollies for a few months and bought one with red stuff on the chest (guy at petshop said that's just what she looks like) and now I have noticed weird blisters/lumps/bumps on that exact place. She is behaving normally, swimming all over, pecking at the surface, eating, looking happy and has normal gill movements. I need advise! Is there anything I should do for this fish. Pics below.

I don’t know much about the species of fish, but there are many Facebook groups devoted to specific species. More than likely, you’ll find one on this group.

The fish appears to have a tumor or tumors growing from the area. It's not unusual for many farm raised species to get tumors these days, unfortunately. :( There's nothing you can do for this. If the fish is acting fine and eating, there is no reason that the fish can't live with these tumors. The tissue may grow larger or grow more internally which may in the future cause problems if it presses again an artery or organ. At that point or any point where the fish's behavior becomes " abnormal", euthanizing the fish is the most humane way of dealing with it.
Hope this helps. (y)
