In the picture the foremost barbs are having pale color and inside of their stomach looks dark. I have given them epsom salt bath for 3 consecutive days for 15 mins. I tried zooming on their poop and I guess I have seen very minute black dots moving in the water they were treated in. What should be my next steps to make them healthy. They seem pale and shrunk stomach but they are active and moving all over the tank and accepting food.

That sounds like the fish has internal worms or internal parasites. First, make sure you have good water quality. Next, you'll need to treat the fish with Praziquantel. You'll have to look at what medications you have available where you are but you want one that has Praziquantel as the main ingredient. Normally I'd suggest treating the fish in a separate hospital tank but since you've seen smaller moving dots, they probably have been expelled in the main tank already so that tank should be treated as well so might as well treat the fish in there. Make sure the medication treats both the worms and their eggs or else you will need to do a second treatment at a later time to kill off whatever eggs may have been laid and hatched. You may even need to do this retreat a couple of times depending on the medicine you use. Follow the directions on the packaging. (y)
