What plant is this?

I purchased this plant from the fish store and it’s not doing well in my tank at all. I have root tabs and I’ve used seachem flourish in my tank but it’s still dying. I need help. I forgot the name of the plant.

It looks like either cabomba (cambomba caroliniana) or anacharis (egeria najas). It's poor health does make it difficult to identify though. Do either of those names ring a bell?
