Why is my tank so dirty?

So I have had my 10g betta tank for about a week and a half, I wouldn’t consider it heavily planted but I do have plants in it, I have done a water change, added plant sufficient vitamins, and cleaned my filter yet it’s still borderline disgusting, is there anyway to help the water now or do I just need to change it all?

What precisely is it that you are thinking is dirty? Is there excess algae? Is the water coloured? I'm not really seeing anything in the photo that looks out of the ordinary?

What are you expecting that isn't happening, or what's happening that you don't think should?

The plants are going through a bit of an ugly stage, but that's normal.

Do you know your water parameters? pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?

How long do you have the aquarium lights on for? Is the aquarium near to a window?
