Well I have been looking at a bunch of different plants and have come up with a list. Will 3.5wpg be enough for the following plants? Are any of these plants too hard to keep? Please let me know what you think:

Echinodorus latifolius
Glossostigma elatinoides
Riccia fluitans
Anubias Barteri var Nana
Anubias barteri var. barteri
Micranthemum micranthemoides 'Baby Tears'
Alternanthera Reineckii
Limnophila aquatica/Ambulia
Ludwigia pantanale
Ludwigia repens
Rotala macrandra 'Broad Leaf'
Anubias congensis
Aponogeton natans
Barclaya longifolia 'Red form'
Heteranthera zosterifolia
Vesicularia dubyana 'Java Moss'
Hygrophila difformis
Ceratopteris thalictroides
Sagittaria subulata
Echinodorus bleheri
Hygrophila salicifolia 'Long form'
Ludwigia arcuata
Rotala indica
Rotala wallichii
Tonina species
Aponogeton boivinianus
Myriophyllum hippuroides 'Green'
Hydrocotyle leucocephala

I really can't find a place that states how many wpg is High/Med/Low, So I am having a hard time picking out plants.

if you know of a place please let me know.

Thanks

3.5 is high; that's certainly right. I think all of those plants would be fine with that light. Anubias spp. are low light, most sags can do with medium light. I'm guessing that even Glossostigma elatinoides is fine with 3.5 as long as you have the requisite CO2 system.

Generally most red plant will require the higher lighting.
If you want to do a plant order give me a call and i can help you out on which ones to stay away from

1wpg = low
2wpg = moderate
3wpg = high

That's really vague, but gives a general idea. Those are for normal fluorescent watts, and assuming a standard 18" deep tank. With power compacts, you get a little more juice for your wattage, and with Long tanks, you can stretch watts further...but in a Tall tank, you'll have to increase by 50-75% wattage to have the same intensity.
