Woohoo! New tank arrived, getting started...

My Eclipse finally arrived! I've got everything set up and running.

Now, how long do I let it run before I add ammonia for my fishless cycle? Can I do it right away, or should I let it run for 24 hours first?

It looks silly with no fish!

You add pure ammonia right away. The sooner the better so you can get some fish in there. Get a test kit, put 5ppm ammonia in and check every 24 hours. Keep topping off to 5 ppm until all 5ppm can get used in a 24 hour period then you are ready to add a full bio load of fish.
