If money is no option, a 100 gallon peacock tank with red spiderwood, lacerock, sump or Fx5, hob for polishing. Black sand, lighting that gives you 2 watts per gallon, with led actinic blues. Peacocks by far are the most beautiful Cichlids IMO. Just google them and click images.

Lobsters won't work because when the molt (sheds its shell) the cichlids will eat it.
