Agassizii double red dwarf cichlid advice

I just got this Beauty the other day. I know the water that they need and mine is perfect for him. I have a lot of hiding spaces like they like I will feed blood worms pellets and frozen chicken. He is happy. I just want advice on my fist cichlid: habits? Care tips? Good food? Other dwarfs they like ? Any thing helps. Thanks in advance!

Help he is shy but warming up to every one is this normal his tank mates are 2 guppies 8 neon tetras 2 plecos

Frozen chicken is a bad idea and awfully unnatural for any dwarf cichlid. Go with a high quality pellet like hikari, omega one, or my dwarves' favorite, NLS
