Angelfish fight?

My two Koi Angels seem to be having a disagreement of some sort. I was told they might be trying to hook up? I added a piece of slate rock just in case they might be

Angelfish is some aggressive fish. Probably you have two male and they will be fight all time. How big is your tank and how many Angelfish you have?

they could be establishing dominance or pairing off . if they pair off they will take over one place in the tank and chase others away. keep an eye on them to make sure they don't tear each other up. if they do pair off i would give them there own tank. then kaboom u will have baby's. good luck i breed a lot of them. pm with any questions

these two have been in the tank the longest, so I dont see why they'd want to assert dominance now. I've got to find space for another tank if it gets to that tho

Looks like dominance; especially since others have been introduced since. Angels are feisty fish. They like to compete for alpha fish. If u really want to help alleviate the fighting, take the current alpha out, quarantine for about week. It may help.
