hi guys,
any experiences with these fish?
I've read about and am expecting typical mbuna habits, semi aggresive etc etc. any other thoughts?
They are going into a well established community tank with:
Melanochromis Cyaneorhabdos
Astatotialpia Latifaciata
Psuedotropheous Acei "msuli"
Dimidiochromis Compressiceps
an albino peacock of some sort(going)
bala and red tail (going also)
will be 60 all up in a 100 gallon not including the 100 odd fry in fry savers, and yes it will be upgraded soon to an 8x2x2.5H. Even then i will be overstocking as well as I've found it more managable then some may think. I only have 1 latifaciata male who gets picked on by the other males (5 lats, 3 are male)
Oddly enough I change the 30% of water every 2nd week,
Recent levels:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20 - never been above 40
final addition after the cobue will be yellow labs, then thats my tank filled and overflowing with fish.
cheers
Matty.
