Cichlid & Gourami question

Hi guys. I'm new to aquariums. I have a 55 gallon tank and want to do a mix of all types of freshwater fish. I have a question concerning my two new Blue Acara Cichlids. Today I purchased two Cichlids and I have a Gold Gourami that keeps chasing them around the tank. Do i need to be concerned? I don't want my new fish to be stressed out and die on me. What should I do? Thanks for any input for this matter.

Try removing the gourami for a couple days and see if he chills out when you add him back
