Electric blue Jack Demphys tank mates

please help me i have a 55 Gallon tank right now i will be upgrading shortly i just wanna get everything set up before i get a bigger tank

I dont recommend putting in any with him, i had one about a week ago in my 55gal, but they are really aggressive, i had to return him

As of rigt now I just have about 8 tiger barbs in there what would you guys suggest putting in there cichlid wise

I think with most cichlids you figure out stock based on your water qualities.

I have hard water my tank has a ton of hiding spots. What cichlids would get along with tiger barbs and not grow that big you know
