here is what i found on another forum, something the person found helpful with some good questions too.
"Long stringy white poo can be constipation, bacterial infections, internal parasites.
Clear poo can be the fish hasn't been eating, internal parasites.
Do any fish look skinny or bloated.
Does the tummy look sunken in.
Do any fish swim on there sides.
Is the anus enlarged or red and inflamed."
do any of these apply to ur fish?x

btw i am aware of how the fish had settling problems before, i just wanted to make sure this issue was covered
