Help please moving on what to do

An I catch my cichlids safely without to much stress and take them to a pet shop and hour away easily to do N exchange at the shop (I'm upgrading to marine )
Please note is a 200l tank to catching tips greatly appreciated?m,

Try and catch them at night or drain the water way down
