Absolutely no guarantees to this ID due to the angle of the photo, but looks like it may be a Nimbochromis polystigma.

So is this what he will eventually look like. I've had this guy since he was about the same size as the other and he was always been that color

Nice looking fish. I would lean towards it being a juvi livingstoni as well. Im not 100% on that though.

Yeah they look similar as adults but the venustus has a lot of yellow and the livingstoni is much darker and has a lot of brown
