Live food

Just wanted to know if anyone feeds live food to African Cichlids ?

As a treat once in a while I'll give then brine.

It depends on the fish. I don't give my mbuna anything meaty, it could kill em.
I give my jewels and frontosa shrimp and bloodworms. They love it!! And once I started feeding that they really hit a growth spurt!

Cheers convict mate just wanted to give them a different diet ? Because I feed mine New Era & Sera Granugreen & cucumber ? But I appreciate your advice Top Bloke...
