New 150 gallon SA setup

Terrible. I am still dealing with new tank syndrome, incredibly hard water, and still high ph. It was my first large tank build so I expected a little trial and error I guess. I need to add some driftwood or peat or maybe both because as of now my water is winning this battle lol

Any idea why the ph is so high? Is it coming out of your tap like that? How high is it?

What kind of ammonia reading are you getting? You mentioned new tank syndrome, how many fish have you lost?

How cycle my tanks is i just leave the tank for a week doing a water change every day. Hope its helps

Ph is finally on the way down at about 7.2 and ammonia is at zero. Just waiting for the water to clear up now
