Oscars

I recently donated an oscar to my schools marine science program. They are feeding it saltwater fish from a polluted body of water, along with the occasional pond pellet. What do you think about this. They don't think they are doing anything wrong!

Sand bottom, 30 gallon, 1 fake plant, and a artificial rock structured. They are also using sand from in the water at the beach.
