Looks like a cichlid. Maybe psudotropheus microstoma.No expert here

Pretty new to African cichlids myself so these are just a few guesses or ideas for u to research. First guess is a hybrid. Or maybe a male kenyi or a female saulosi.

Hard to say for sure, lots of things it could be, a hybrid, a stressed out Kenyi male that is not showing his stripes, and it could be an electric yellow, I have a couple of purebred ones that to not have the "trademark black streak" on the top fin.
