When the fry are free swimming, squirt baby brine shrimp, or other suitable fry food at the swarm of babies a few times a day. Hopefully the parets will guard them from other fish. When they get a bit larger and lose the mottled colour you could net them out and put them in a fry rearing tank.
My pair of Rams didn't gurad the eggs too well against the corys. They snuck in and grazed on them till there were none letf. Next time I am setting a 25W lamp in the room overnight so the parents can see unwanted intruders.
