Sexing mbuna

Can anyone tell me if these are male or female? I can't tell... I have a couple more of my cichlids that need to be sexed but I can't get them to cooperate.. I'll try tommorow with them!

Looks 2 pic looks to be a male ice blue red top and first male or maybe female red zebra but not 100% on the red zebra

It's not that stressful, I can catch mine in my hand like a bear with a salmon and they don't even care.

That's the problem... For some reason lately my cichlids have been stressed that they seem like there scared of me... It would be crazy hard and stressful to catch them... So thats the thing, I might vent them later once they overcome this "phase"...

Just wait a wile till the fish are calm and relaxed to vent so they are not stressed

Has this just happend and is it out of charater for them to be scared? I would check your parameters if so.

It's been going on for a few weeks but I checked my water parameters and their all normal... I'm not sure what's going on... :/
